Hollysys Automation Technologies to List on NASDAQ Global Select Market; New Ticker Symbol to Be "HOLI"

BEIJING, China – July 30, 2008 – Hollysys Automation Technologies, Ltd. ("Hollysys" or the "Company"), today announced that the Company has received approval to list its common stock on the NASDAQ Global Select Market. The shares are expected to commence trading on NASDAQ on August 1, 2008, under the stock symbol "HOLI." Prior to this move, the Company's common stock was traded on the OTC Bulletin Board under the stock symbol "HollysysYF".

The Company also announced that it has been invited by NASDAQ to ring the closing bell on August 8, 2008, to commemorate Hollysys' listing.
